Required Specifications for Rental / Pre Recorded Livestream Video Files

  • Updated

Please ensure that the video file you upload for your Rental or Pre-Recorded Livestream event meet the following specifications:

  • Full HD (1920x1080)
  • 4,000kbps (4.0 Mbps)
  • 50 GB Max File Size
  • 12 Hour Max File Length
  • CBR (constant bitrate)
  • H.264 Encoding
  • 2 Sec Keyframe Interval
  • 30 FPS
  • MP4 Format
  • 10 min Pre-Roll
  • 5 min of appended black screen to the end
  • Delivered via Dropbox or Google Drive
Additional Notes:
  • With pre recorded livestreams, in order to make it easiest on the fans, please add 10 minutes of "pre-roll" to you video file. This allows the player to be live previous to the show beginning, ensuring a smooth start to your stream. For example, if your show is advertised as starting at 7PM, it is suggested to have 10 minutes of preroll attached to your video file and set the start time of your event as ten minutes prior (6:50PM in this example) to the advertised event start time. We suggest that this 10 minutes be your admat image with no audio or anything else you want to feature video-wise.
  • We always ask to append 5 mins of black screen at the end of the video. This is necessary for pre-recorded videos to work properly in our video player.
