Here at Single, we understand our clients’ need for timely, knowledgeable and effective support. As a subscriber of our Gold Tier, you’ll receive enhanced customer service that moves you to the front of the line, every time.

Our support specialists provide holistic and comprehensive customer service to make sure you’re getting the most out of our app. You can expect faster response times (<24 hours) via a dedicated communication channel built just for you.

We understand that release schedules are constantly changing and hectic. This is why we extend our support hours for our Gold Tier subscribers. We will be open for requests until 11PM ET on Mondays and Thursdays, the days that count the most for chart reporting. Additionally, you can rely on our team to take care of requests from our Chart Partners such as release date confirmations, fulfillment confirmations, return files, and UPC identification and registration on your behalf.

Our goal is to provide our clients with the best experience possible. No matter the creator or campaign, our team will be there to lend a hand every step of the way.
